ADH Apprenticeship program is aimed at equipping young people with the most needed skill and by extension prepare them for employment through a direct grafting into our company or a link you up with other employers and in some cases an opportunity to Start their own brand.

The Problem:

There is a rising skill Gap, this refers to the difference between the skills required for a job and the skills people actually possess. It also refers to the declining number of skilled people in a place.
We have a rising situation where the need for certain skills far out weighs the available hands. Because of this skill gap a country will not be able to realize its full potential. Employers and Customers cry that they cant find hands to hire. While the potential employees (young people especially) cry that they are no Jobs available. It appears the problem is not availability of hands to hire nor Jobs to do. The Jobs are there, the hands are there, but the skill is absent.

Our Solution:

We are bridging that gap in the design and print industry, through our practical on-the-job training and theoretical lectures on design and print

Our apprenticeship call will Provide skill for young people that will enable them provide solution to the design and print needs within and outside their community.

Program Requirements:

1. Apprenticeship program run for three months.
2. Time commitment to our company through the period of training.
3. Commitment fee of 80,000 (three months duration)
4. Must reside in Benin-city
5. Having a laptop is a plus

• Use of Corel Draw Software
• Pre-press, press and post-press routine
• How to customize T-shirt, Face caps and tot bags (Operating the Vinyl Plotting Machine, and DTF Machine)
• How to customize mugs and water bottles (Operating the heat press machine)
• How to customize keyholders
• How to Print Banners (Operating the Large format machine)
• Jotters, notepad and calendar production process (Operating the Spiral binding machine)
• Magazine, brochure and Journal production process. (Operating the Direct Image printing Machine)
• Monetizing your skill
  How to procure print materials
• Preparing proforma invoice like a professional
• How to win clients

All teaching will be hands-on

Program Duration

• Three Months
• Trainees are expected to spend extra one month for internship at the end of training.
• Allowances will be paid during the period of internship to cover for transportation
